In brief
As a consultant, I am involved with innovative tenders and contracting processes for complex projects. My work spans several sectors, with projects that involve both the public and private sectors. My ambition is to generate as much added value as possible. I do so by focusing on public goals while taking full account of the business case, and knowledge and skills from the market.
On a regular basis, I also tackle social business cases and SCBAs. My advice always comes from a financial and economic perspective, but with an added awareness of administrative and political interests.
