Within area development, cooperation between public and private parties is very important. As a financial advisor, I help the parties involved draw up the development and cooperation strategy. In doing so, it is important to identify the underlying finances. One of the major challenges for projects within the (re)development of urban areas is finding the balance between realising certain ambitions of the area and the financial feasibility of the project.
