I’m a principal at Rebel with over 25 years of professional experience in various aspects of infrastructure development. My expertise lies in Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), institutional and transaction advisory services, economic and financial analysis, and financial management, primarily focused on projects related to water, waste, and energy sectors.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege to work in more than 40 countries, spanning Western and Eastern Europe, Central and South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, the USA, and the Caribbean.
My skill set encompasses project management, operational expertise, and consultancy, with a primary focus on assisting national and local government bodies, autonomous government agencies, public utilities, and private sector enterprises in securing funding and facilitating private sector participation in large-scale capital investment projects. I’m well-versed in capital budgeting and the financial analysis of investment projects, including the development of preliminary business cases and PPP viability assessments.
Furthermore, I possess specific proficiency in conducting economic and financial feasibility analyses for water, waste, and energy projects, as well as implementing programs to enhance the financial performance of utility companies. In my roles, I have taken on various responsibilities, including Team Leader, Project Manager, Financial Expert/Economist, and PPP/transaction advisor.
I have successfully executed numerous projects, adhering to the financial and procurement regulations of funding agencies such as the EU, ADB, World Bank, EBRD, and KfW Development Bank.
