The Challenge
The Maryland Department of Transportation’s Office of Real Estate and Economic Development (ORED) is spearheading TOD along its commuter rail and transit lines to effectively utilize the State’s transportation assets, enhance transit access, and connect people with economic opportunity throughout the state.
The approach
Rebel is supporting MDOT ORED across its portfolio of real estate disposition and transit-oriented development activities. We are partnering with MDOT to bolster its support for local jurisdictions, structure procurements for upcoming projects, and velop key contractual terms for projects already underway.
