Leading many of Rebel’s finance advisory engagements, Sasha leverages his background in municipal, project and public-private partnership finance to realize transformative projects throughout the US and internationally. This includes transportation (bike, bus rapid transit, transit/intercity rail, toll roads, airport, ports), urban (transit-oriented development and value capture), sustainability (water/wastewater), and social (public buildings) projects.
He is drawn to projects that can take advantage of new funding sources and can have a meaningful impact on improving urban life and regional economies.
