His work spans bus, rail, and new mobility systems, shaped by his hands-on background as a former Managing Director in an international public transport group.

Jonathan specialises in sustainable growth through contracting, bidding and M&A, and has led major fleet decarbonisation and business transformation programmes across multiple global markets.

Whether advising governments on delivering world-class public transport or helping operators unlock long-term value, he focuses on driving practical outcomes and lasting improvement.

He has contributed to numerous boards and initiatives, including ALBUM, Connected Places Catapult, and HyTunnel, and now draws on that experience to guide clients through complex challenges in unlocking value through transport systems.
