In short

My previous role as Payments Product Manager at Transport for London focussed on improving the processing of contactless payments, including reducing bad debt and optimising acceptance rates. This included identifying and shutting down a significant fraud attack, reducing scheme fees, and significant cuts to decline rates.

My focus is on the optimisation of contactless fare payment systems, especially in bad debt and fraud management.

I especially enjoy rebelling against scheme mandates and backdoor fees, to support the sustainability and success of modern transit systems, globally.

London-born but Sydney-bred, so like a true Aussie, I enjoy plenty of touch rugby and swimming, as well as cross country and orienteering.
