I specialise in infrastructure and energy finance, with over 22 years of global experience across investment, project development, M&A, and large-scale financings. My expertise spans power, renewables, transport, and social infrastructure, with a strong track record in sustainability-linked assets and pioneering PPPs.
I advise governments, corporates, and financial institutions on structuring and financing complex infrastructure and energy projects worldwide. My work covers M&A, underwritten bonds, and large-scale project financings, with cumulative transactions exceeding USD 100 billion.
Over my career, I have held senior roles at Macquarie Capital, Plenary Group, ABN AMRO, HSBC, and most recently as Managing Partner at Cranmore Partners.
I have led landmark transactions including the USD 20.7bn ADNOC Gas Pipeline Monetization, Saudi Aramco’s USD 15.5bn pipeline acquisitions, Canada’s first PPP hospital, and the Helios Green Hydrogen project in NEOM.
