Miami-Dade County owns land in the urban core of Miami and is pursuing a public-private partnership to redevelop that land to deliver critical affordable housing and public infrastructure – all within steps of Miami’s major transit corridors.

The approach

Rebel is providing essential financial and strategic advisory services to inform the County’s procurement and land development strategy. Rebel has advised on the project’s funding and financing, supported the development of key contractual documents, and partnered with the Count through the procurement and negotiation process with short-listed bidders.
