A tool for greening business parks
Dutch business parks, with their bare, hard landscaping, are an unattractive working environment. Employers leave or stay away, resulting in vacancies and declining property values. Greening can help turn the tide.
The challenge
When we talk about a green transition, we quickly talk about the costs and very little about the benefits. It is up to Rebel to make tangible exactly what a green transition will deliver, and for whom.
The approach
Commissioned by the province and the Work Landscapes of the Future programme, we have developed a tool that identifies the effects, benefits and gainers of greening at an early stage. This allows us to talk about investments, rather than costs.
