social infrastructure
Our communities and daily lives are underpinned by key social services, like education, justice and other government services. These services require infrastructure assets that are often neglected as they age. We help clients develop and maintain these assets so their communities can thrive.
Social infrastructure
A quick Intro
As technology has advanced, so have our expectations for the quality of services we receive, including those social services which governments provide using tax dollars. But, many of these (education and justice in particular) require “in person” buildings that degrade over time. Replacing or fixing them can be an expensive venture. We help our clients find the most efficient, effective, and sustainable ways to fund and finance their infrastructure goals. We listen to their objectives for the project, perform advanced qualitative and quantitative analyses, and lead them through transactions that bring the best of the public and private sector together.
