Rebel Junior Academy Year Four
In April we kick-started the 4th edition of the Rebel Junior Academy in Johannesburg. This year we will be training 18 young graduates from our local communities around Johannesburg. Our goal is to provide them with valuable skills and knowledge, preparing them for a future full of opportunities and possibilities.

Making an Impact
The Rebel Junior Academy initiative grew out of our commitment to youth development and contributing to changing the lives of school children.
We aim to expand their skillset – particularly in written and oral language skills, critical thinking, problem-solving and personal development – as well as to broaden their learning exposure to better equip them to navigate entrance into the world of work.
This year, two groups, from grades 10 and 11 will take part in a four-month training program focusing on leadership, collaboration, creative thinking and life skills.
Our youth face a complex and rapidly changing world where they will mostly be required to absorb new ideas, examine and interpret information, apply knowledge, and solve unconventional problems. To deal with the information explosion of the twenty-first century, students will need to develop systematic ways of thinking and reasoning.
