The Challenge
Miami-Dade County is seeking a master developer to redevelop 16+ acres in downtown Miami adjacent to the seat of County government and multiple transit and transportation systems. The County is pursuing a blended highest and best social and economic use for the development site, leveraging world-class planning and urban design to integrate public improvements including a new intermodal transit terminal, library, museum, and County offices with private residential and commercial development.
The approach
Rebel is providing essential financial and strategic advisory services to support the County’s project strategy and implementation. Rebel has advised on funding and financing, supported the development of key contractual documents, and served as an advisor to the County through the procurement and negotiation process.
