In brief
Radical renewal in long-term care is not necessary in my opinion. It’s more about continuing to take smaller steps in the right direction. I want to contribute to setting the coordinates and making sure the right steps are taken. My aim is to provide insight on the basis of data analysis, assign the right roles to all the parties involved, design experiments and then carry them out.
I like to look to the future, often by setting up an initial concept or prototype. This provides a clear frame of reference for discussion. Once we reach that point, there is always a solution to be found.
