In brief
I work on a special and amazing project within Rebel called Rebel Junior Academy (RJA). RJA is a program for smart and/or motivated children from schools in Rotterdam. We tutor them about challenging subjects. We do this with a team of highly motivated Rebels who volunteered for this. My role in RJA is coordinating the projects together with one other colleague.
The most challenging about Rebel Junior Academy is the different needs that the children have. You must sufficiently react to it. Lastly, I find it important to facilitate individual growth for the children. So, that they can use their potential to the fullest.
