I’m a co-founder of the Rebel London office with 25+ years experience as a professional economist in Australia, London and Europe.
I’ve worked on most sides of the fence – in Government, for regulators, and for regulated companies. I have particular expertise in rail and roads, but my training is more fundamentally about how private and public incentives can combine to deliver win-win solutions.
I enjoy navigating through complex stakeholder relationships to push closer to the aspirational.
