About Roos Eysbach

Based on my economic background, I enjoy trying to determine why the market sometimes leads to suboptimal outcomes, and how public and private parties can improve upon these outcomes.

In brief

As a financial advisor I work for (semi)public and private parties on issues in the spatial domain. One of the ways I do this is by drawing up business cases for real estate and area developments. Besides providing insight into financial feasibility, I also find it relevant to provide insight into the social effects of spatial interventions with (data-driven) analyses.

In my spare time, I like to exercise a lot (running, cycling, playing squash and tennis, and swimming).
