The challenge
Developing a large-scale network of water and wastewater production and treatment facilities to supply border crossing supervision staff in remote areas.
The approach
We approach the program from a business case perspective, conducting due diligence on both existing assets and new investments to define the scope and outputs of a large-scale, PPP-based procurement for the project portfolio. We then support the authorities in implementing competitive procurement,
including the rehabilitation of existing water and wastewater assets, the development of new assets, and long-term operations and maintenance. Support is provided through to contract closing.
Impact
Expanding the access to water supply to Government staff in remote and sensitive areas for movement of populations.
