As an economic & financial consultant and policy advisor, I help bring value for money to my clients throughout the Americas. I analyze, develop, and structure public-private partnerships (PPPs) and other forms of infrastructure delivery for social infrastructure, water, and transportation sectors, and most recently incorporating themes such as climate resiliency and sustainability in the projects’ lifecycle.I specialize in developing complex financial models built to industry best practices and conducting financial feasibility analysis and financial structuring for infrastructure projects. I know how to convert these project lessons into government policies that bring innovation and adapt new solutions to the local context. I am a trusted advisor in Latin American and the Caribbean, where I have supported a number of PPP units.
