In short
I work as a consultant in asset management within public infrastructure organisations, such as energy grid and rail operators. I guide improvement and change processes, with the first crucial step being the creation of a shared vision on asset management: What value do we want to create with our assets?
From there, I enjoy working together to define the path forward: how do we make it happen? This starts with shaping policies and strategies and extends to translating them into actions at both tactical and operational levels. In these change processes, it’s essential to engage everyone — from the engineer to the director, and every level in between.
Real improvements can only be successfully achieved by combining technical expertise with a people-focused approach. Without the willingness and urgency to change, any improvement initiative is bound to fail.
Outside of work, I’m an avid sports enthusiast – both as a spectator and a participant. I do crossfit and cycling, and I enjoy pushing myself now and then to see what I’m capable of.
