With a background in development cooperation and natural resources management, I focus on helping municipalities, social institutions, and businesses adapt to climate change. I believe – and worry – that both the urgency and the vast potential of climate adaptation are still widely underestimated.
At Rebel and beyond, I’m dedicated to raising awareness of this crucial, cross-cutting issue, which touches so many areas of our lives. In my work, I combine interdisciplinary thinking, cross-sector collaboration, and innovative approaches to design tailored adaptation measures for different stakeholders. These measures are key to building sustainable solutions that help us manage the current and future impacts of climate change, while still recognizing the importance of mitigation efforts.
At Rebel, I have the privilege of working alongside deeply motivated people from diverse backgrounds to co-create sustainable solutions in both international and national contexts. This environment reinforces my belief in our collective ability to create lasting, positive impact.
Outside of work, I volunteer as a cycling trainer for women with refugee or migrant backgrounds, helping to foster inclusion, confidence, and independence.
