Kenya’s energy sector is characterized by a mix of persistent challenges and significant opportunities, particularly in advancing its renewable energy goals. Resolving these issues and unlocking further growth requires private-sector investment strategies.

The approach

Rebel conducted a mix of desk and field research to analyze Kenya’s renewable energy sector. The research included mapping key public and private actors, identifying trends, and evaluating business opportunities for Dutch suppliers and exporters.

The findings were shared with Dutch stakeholders in a webinar to foster dialogue and raise awareness.
