The world is getting sicker due to unhealthy lifestyles, while, simultaneously, people are living longer due to demographics and medical advances in treating disease. While high-income countries are struggling to mobilize the necessary resources and staff to provide healthcare, both middle- and lower-income countries are still scaling up to ensure that everyone has access to affordable healthcare. The common challenge is to utilize technology, smart organization and innovative financing in order to yield more curative healthcare for every euro, dollar or rupee spent. In our projects we tackle this challenge across the globe along with an emergent movement of healthcare providers, governments, and other healthcare stakeholders who share our ambition.
